Michelle joined FDS in 2004 after studying Maths & Management at Royal Holloway University. Working along side the Finance Director, Michelle ensures the smooth running of the accounts and personnel departments. She also deals with incoming phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.

Michelle attends various UK and international exhibitions being a first point of contact for attendees who are enquiring about owing a franchise or franchising their business. She also manages the UK Franchise Directory online (theukfd.net).
